It's an easy job but time consuming and filthy depending on how much shit is compacted.

I want to do a new install on one line in my house. So getting dirty has nothing to do with it.

Throw a 6 ft. level on your drip edge and see if the roof edge is fairly level. If it is a long run I would mark the center point and put a nail in the fascia. Use that as the hook for a chalk line and try to get at least 1 inch of fall to each end and strike a line.Put a nail in each end on the line and then butt your spout up to it when you hang it. Nails or screws it helps to pre drill holes on the ground. Good luck!
