The P&D section now requires that you have 100 posts before you can access it.

This should help combat trollish posts by people creating multiple accounts.

now they know what the rules are and if want to still muck it up can just post more in other threads. I would raise it to 500 if it were me. With a qualifier they could request sooner if they are worthy. you can always cut them out if they misbehave

and why not just give the suspected ones a temp ban. Tell them to reapply in X days if they want to get reinstated. Call it the Frog Prick rule. It is pretty obvious when some are trolling in CD.

If someone wants to make 100 posts in other areas just to get into P&D, they obviously need a life. LOL The trouble children have already been sniffed out and are being dealt with...this is just additional measures to help out even more.

Personally I voted for writing a code to make the P&D section implode...Darrell did not back me up on that, however.
