Same with the mayo. Miracle Whip tastes disgusting. So does any other fat free mayo.

when the label says fat free typically the sugar grams rise to compinsate for the taste
takeout the fat flavoring and replace with sugar

Hunts Ketchup is the only thing that springs to mind. Oh wait...Tetley tea. No other tea tastes the same.

When I used to eat Oreos I would NEVER buy any off brand of sandwich cookie b/c nothing is the same as an Oreo.

That's absolutely correct. Exactly why "fat free" mayo and dressings are off-limits on the Southbeach Diet.

My Naked juice. I will, on occasion, downgrade to Bolthouse. But either way it's pretty expensive for a beverage. Those are how I get most of my fruits though. And compared to the cost of buying the actual fruits and vitamins in the smoothies, it's dirt cheap.

I dont know if Nabisco does this or not but just an FYI, my SIL use to work for sunshine on their line and they packaged Hydrox cookies (their version of Oreos) she said they would package them to fill an order then stop the line and change the packaging to shoprite brand and continue filling their order. No change in cookie at all just the packaging and we all know store brand was cheaper in the end, anyone feel ripped off now? lol

I've never liked those ShopRite imitation Oreos though. blah.

ShopRite brand isn't bad for other things though. We stock up on ShopRite seltzer hardcore in this house lol.

I buy the cheapest of everything, but most of my food is produce. I can't buy produce from Walmart. It's horrible!
Basically, I've refused to stop eating healthy food because my money is low. I won't eat ramen noodles, I won't go back to dollar burgers.

Also, for years up until last week, I have bought top of the line toilet paper lol. Now I can't
Warmed up my motor, swindled the promoter, took the lunatics for a ride
And a little voice inside my head sayin' Rosemary baby, I got the thyme
