Spamming- We do not allow spammers on the site. If you come to otz to spam only, then you will be banned immediately. If you are a member that has over 100 posts, then you are free to make ONE thread about your site and you can have a website in your signature. If we find out you are spamming your website on our site thru pm's, then we will ban you from this site.
Multiple Accounts- We do not allow members to have multiple accounts. If you do, you will be emailed and asked which account you would like to keep and the other one will be banned. If you do not respond to our email or pm, then we will just ban all other accounts that are added. If you have already been banned for another reason and create another account, then that account will also be banned immediately. No logging into other people's accounts or sharing passwords are allowed either.
Trolling- If you have signed up to ONLY troll, then you will be banned right away.
***We do not delete peoples accounts. So if you come on this site and post, do not ask me to delete your account when you are done with this place. It messes up posts, etc on the site and we will not be doing that.***
Insulting Members- I expect people to act like grown ups and not call people names. However, if someone calls YOU a name (specifically, YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE- not, you're acting like an ass), then they will be infracted. But the person that is being called the name is the one that needs to report it. If it is NOT reported from that person, then NOTHING will be done about it.
Also, I want to point out that we have an ignore system. If you don't like something that someone says on a regular basis, MAKE OUR JOB easier by putting them on ignore or just ignoring them!
****Any Racism/intolerance/hate comments or posts will not be tolerated. We do not think that should be allowed ANYWHERE- especially here. You will be infracted if we see any posts like that (even when the person DOES NOT report)****
Reporting Posts- If you see spam, then please report the post- ONCE. No need to report it more than that. Reporting posts is only to be used by the person that is being insulted and for spam. If you are just upset at someone because they are 'pissing you off', then don't report them. We will be ignoring people that just report posts because someone is upset with what someone says and they dont agree with them. (this is what yall wanted.. )
Infractions- If you receive an infraction, and you are put on probation, there is a section called the probation station. Since you cant pm when you are on probation, this is the forum to do it. the messages will only be read by yourself and a mod. This way you can have interaction w/ a mod or myself to clear up the matter at hand. You will only be able to see this section when you are on probation and noone else (no members) can see your threads in there, even if they get put on probation.

VIP Area- The VIP is a trusted area that gives a member access to the underground and other areas. If you want to be apart of the VIP area, you have to be a verified user (meaning, you post a pic of yourself with the saying that a MOD asks you to say and post it within the time allotted).. You will also have to meet the previous VIP standards as well. You will have to have a certain amount of posts, time here and reputation points.I believe this will keep the troll out. We want our VIP section to be a safe haven.. Not a place were someone can steal what you say and attack and make fun of that person.
The requirements are:*If you were a VIP member before the change (pre- early 2008), you will be qualified again- just send me a PM about becoming verified.

*If you are a VIP member and you announce that you are leaving.. You will lose your VIP status. If you decide to come back, then we will review it again to decide if we let you back in again
Debate Area- This area is seriously a ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK area. Noone is gonna have the same beliefs. If someone posts things that you dont like, dont report the post saying they are trolls. If you dont think you can handle this, then dont go into this area. Its not for you. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT SOMEONE BECAUSE YOU DONT AGREE WITH ANOTHER MEMBER!!! The ONLY way something will be done is IF they call you an OUTRIGHT name! And I wouldnt suggest you calling them one first, then complaining when they respond to you with a name.
PM's and REP comments- For now on, we are not going to infract based on pm's or rep. The ONLY way we will get involved is if someone threatens you with physical harm or the comment is just way out of hand.
Profile Visitor Messages- If an insulting post is put on someone's visitor page, then it will be handled just like if it was on the open forum since everyone can see it.
Moderators will be chosen by myself. We will let the members give us suggestions, but overall the decision is mine. As far as the mods we have right now, I am gonna move them around to different areas. Our mods are going to be lax on you guys and not infract you for everything under the sun. However, this site is NOT gonna turn into alot of people being rude to each other and taking it out of hand. If the mods notice drama going on, they will PM you about it. I do not want threads to be about constant fighting. I want this site to be fun- not full of drama. Please remember, mods are not here to make it miserable.. they are here to ensure yall have a good place to have fun at.
Donators Area- We have a paid subscription area. Its in your user CP. If you pay 12 dollars for one year (a dollar a month), you will have access to an area that is completely un moderated. The money goes to help the upkeep of the site (server fees, etc). Once you become a donator, you will get access to that area with a password.
The MAIN Rule will remain- No penis pictures, no vagina pics. All boob pics, etc, need to be in the underground. Also one more.. NO ANIMAL SEX pics! lol That is just plain gross. Lets try not to push the lines on this rule please. I dont care what you post in underground as far as tits and ass goes.. but lets NOT put them in your sigs and avatars..
