    Alright, folks, it's time for another monthly exercise challenge. Your goal can be anything you want...whether it's to work out a certain amount of time, a certain number of times, or simply to walk 3 days a week. Come join us. Everybody is welcome whether you're a die-hard exercise queen (or king, LOL) or just starting out. Only I have the permissions to edit posts after 8 hours, so if you will just post your daily workout in a new post everyday I will merge them for you. Please don't quote your earlier posts as it just makes for more work when merging. Thanks!!!

    I resolve (*cough*again*cough*) to actually meet my goal this month...2000 minutes. I'm also going to add another goal of 300 crunches using the Perfect Sit-up. I've had it for a while now and still haven't put it to use.

    Goal: 2000 minutes + 300 crunches using Perfect Sit-up
    Total so far: 2025 minutes + 300 crunches


    1 - Rest Day.
    2 - 70 minutes at the gym
    3 - 70 minutes at the gym
    4 -
    60 minutes DanceFit Class + 50 minutes walking
    5 -
    70 minutes at the gym
    6 -
    Rest Day.
    7 - 70 minutes Color Run 5K + 20 minutes walking

    8 - 60 minutes exercise ball
    9 - Rest Day.
    10 - Rest Day.
    11 - Rest Day.
    12 - 70 minutes at the gym
    13 - Rest Day. (Ugh...this has NOT been a good week)
    14 - 60 minutes pushing around 100 plus pounds worth of groceries

    15 - 80 minutes at the gym
    16 - 80 minutes at the gym
    17 - 130 minutes on the exercise ball
    18 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class
    19 -
    Rest Day.
    20 - 80 minutes at the gym
    21 - 115 minutes on the exercise ball

    22 - 60 crunches using Perfect Situp (yay, finally!!!) + 120 minutes on the exercise ball
    23 - Rest Day.
    24 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 crunches using Perfect Situp
    25 -
    60 crunches using Perfect Situp + 105 minutes on the exercise ball + 60 minutes at the gym
    26 - 70 minutes at the gym
    27 -
    120 minutes on the exercise ball
    28 -
    20 minutes walking + 60 crunches using Perfect Situp + 80 minutes at the gym

    29 -
    60 crunches using Perfect Situp (woot woot, goal met!!!) + 80 minutes at the gym
    30 -
    100 minutes on the exercise ball + 70 minutes at the gym

    Ugh...here we go again, and I'm off to a bad start, I had a crappy sleep and couldn't get my ass out of bed. I'm shooting for 900 minutes...I'm going to surpass it, but that's the minimum.

    I'm going to start running regularly... I want to eventually train up for my first 5K, not sure how long it will take yet. The big challenge will be getting myself to wake up the extra 30-45 minutes earlier to do it in the morning. So, my goal is to run a minimum of 3 times a week. I'm hoping to switch to distance-specific goals by next month.

    Week 1:
    4/2 - 1 lap around reservoir (~1.55 miles)
    4/4 - 1 lap around reservoir (~1.55 miles)

    Ok I am going to get back into exercising after 6 months of not doing anything, so I am setting myself a very conservative target of 300mins.

    Goal: 300 mins
    Total so far: 0

    Total: 60 minutes

    1 - 0
    2 - 60 minute walk.

    That's what I want to do too. I find keeping track of progress here is really helpful....it's a boost when you see you've met your goal. I haven't yet, but I will dammit.

    Since I managed to beat my target for last month, I am gonna go for 400 minutes this month.

    1. 40 minutes in the gym + 1 hour 15 min walk.
    2. Nothing
    3. Nothing
    4. Nothing
    5. 30 minute swim

    Total so far: 145 minutes.

    Okay, I've been so busy lately that I've been a total slacker... totally embarrassing. But I did at least 5 miles worth of walking over the weekend, and did a few miles last weekend too... now if I could just get myself running again

    My goal is to lose 4lbs this month.

    1- 60 minutes weights, yoga, pilates, dance
    2- 10 minutes crunches and pushups
    3- nothing
    4- Just some crunches and weights, about 15minutes
    5- 30 minute walk, 15 minutes weights
    6- 85 minutes
    7- 120 minutes
    8- 15 minutes
    9- 20 minutes
    10- 5 minutes of crunches and weights
    11- 5 minutes crunches and weights and hopefully a 30 minute walk!

    14- 3 hours walking the mall ugh

    29-Despite this headache I've had for a week, I plan to walk 30 minutes today
