Try to make yourself stick with it for 6 weeks
If you do then your brains endorphins will have kicked in and you will be more apt to get addicted and want to continue.
You should notice a pretty good change in your body by that time also. Don't worry about your weight. You might gain at first. Has to do with muscle gain versus fat loss. Over time the muscle though burns more calories than fat so it catches up.
