I think the minimum age should be 13, just like in the South.

Personally and don't send hate mail... I say 18.... If I were a parent I don't think Id want my teenager chatting with adults. There's just something strange about it. And personally I wonder where some of these parents are...

I haven't read all this. But if there were an age restriction, I'd say around 15. If you're mature enough to drive you're mature enough to hear the word "fuck."
