    Just got done watching Pope Joan .... WOW! What a really well done movie that should have been given WAY more recognition! Based on the taboo rumor of history that a female, disguised as a male, made it all the way to the Papacy and then elected Pope ... this movie captured and intrigued me! I strongly recommend that anyone interested in history (whether accurate or not) watch this film. 9/10

    An interesting look back at historical events. I think I've seen this before but only had vague memories of Richard's 'shouty' style.
