help file - where?

ok i'll be the ditz, ive been waiting for my five year old nephew to come over and show me where this is, but i can't wait any longer.
i keep getting a error message when i submit a score. and it says to check the help file why. unfortanately it doesn't give directions as to where this carefully hidden file is..
can you help me?????
