need help from the torrent spy people

im gonna think about doing this again. what exactly do i need to make it work.

last time i did this i used torrentspy.com
and i know i need something else to to beable to download the stuff.

anyhelp.

Go with that one. When you click on 'download this file' at the torrent site, a box will come up. You click on 'run' not 'save' and Azureus will open up to download the torrent to the location that you specify on your computer.

I usually make a separate folder just for the downloaded crap so that it is isolated along with the other crap I dl. When I go to open it, I open it to its own separate folder and go from there.

Forget Norton man, that thing is a waste of memory. It looks more like a pretty video game menu than an anti-virus program. Mine spontaneously went corrupt on me and just randomly stopped working one day. I suggest AVG Free.

Azureus is the most commonly used these days. I had a little problem with it though, about a month ago, where my downloads refused to connect to people's seeds. I hope you don't get it because it took me a while to get it working again.

It helps, too, if you can find someone who can talk you through how to 'port forward' when you are dling torrents. It runs smoother when this is done.

All I use Norton for is another firewall....thats it....I just wanted the demo version, but was like hey might as well get the full. I don't know of any other anti-virus program. I had issues with Bittornado so I switched to torrents. It runs fast but only if lotsa ppl are seeded and I mean like 50+ otherwise it runs at like50/kbs which is fine with me..

yeah i would love 50 KB second. but the last time i did it it was doing it at 2kbps and i was uh no theres no way im waiting for this. me being sane is far more important than pirating something off the internet.
