i remember when i was a kid and my mom switched from a 28k to a 56 k modem and it was the best thing since sliced bread but if i had to go back to that my damn head would explode.

Yeah man.. we can get it here.. if you live in the right area. I have had both cable and dsl for the past 5 years... now I can't get it.. and for some reason my computer won't connect over 28.8.... with a 56k modem...
