you can use nero to burn it to a dvd, if its copy writed then you might need to use a program like DVD43 to override the copyright.

What is the file format of the downloaded movie? To burn it to DVD to play on your TV the file needs to be in the .VOB format with the accompianing .INF .BUP files.

You'll need software to convert it to the format that you need. The program should also be able to splice the 2 files together for ya too.

I can't help much more than that, I never had to convert that way before. But if you do a google search on MPEG to VOB you should find some good converters.

When the DVD was ripped to MPEG, all the chapter and extra info was lost, so when you do convert it, you will not get that info back.
