And yes, religion normally winds up with spirited talk (pun intended). But you two are both intelligent enough to understand that opposing views don't make either side right or wrong, it's just opposing views is all.

I posted earlier that I have fundemental issues with the Catholic ESTABLISHMENT, however, I know man many catholic followers that are great people, I mean wonderful folks.

Dosen't mean I agree with the foundation of the religion. That all I 'm smackin'

Sorry by the way you had to get involved in this--it was no big deal in my mind--a mountain out of a mole hill IMO. I rarely if ever feel the need to get a moderator involved, but then I can take care of myself pretty well!

Your one way attitude, "I can say no wrong, do no wrong" shows no boundaries. There is nothing in this discussion about unions, it's about Catholics. What, you think you're the President- they'll believe you if you say it? That does not work here, silly boy.

I've put my faith in the moderators here. I mentioned it and have your posts been moderated/edited? We can be talking about anything and if I say anything negative about anything, whether you agree with it or not, by your rational, because you view unions as negative, you have the right to make a negative comment about unions in any discussion. Im/was a catholic, Im not really sure. I think there are too many flaws, and I dont believe in the need for a group of bishops and cardinals to tell me how I should believe or think. Im too headstrong for that, I am open for advice, but I will be the one to decide how I feel about God. I also disagree with confession, if the point is to talk to a priest to allow him to talk to God and absolve my sins, what is the purpose of prayer or talking to God? I know he hears me, and I think it is very useful to talk to a priest, itll make you feel amazing after you confess, but I think that being a REQUIREMENT is full of shit. I also think the church needs to attempt to conform with times. Humans are designed to release their seed, leaving male priests confined from sexual pleasure is such a bad idea. You string the strings too tight, eventually theyll break and bad things will happen.
