Do you eat three meals a day?

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, lol. It just depends on when I'm hungry.

I probably should but I usually dont do 3 meals a day.

9/10 I dont do breakfast. Mainly just lunch and dinner with a snack in between

Well I hardly ever eat breakfast apart from the occasional fry up, probably eat lunch 1 out of two days, have a dinner most days and then probably a meal around midnight 1 out of 2 days.

If i'm lucky my wife will cook breakfast on the weekends but for herself....hah...

eh mostly just lunch and dinner.. but now that im cutting carbs/sugars if i dont get at least 3 im starving.. veggies and protiens dont linger long...
