Tokenz: 53,466 | Re: Do you eat three meals a day? Depends on if I'm working dayshift or nightshift. On nightshift, I eat 1 meal and that's it (I know, it's a terrible thing to do...I know). On dayshift, I have to get up at 0345 hrs, so I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
