Bits of rhyme and prose flow thru my head
All of words that should have been said
Thank goodness for dreamers who change the world
All of the schemers who make plans unfurl
What about shakers who make mountains move
What things they seem to behoove
Worlds can change, mountains can be moved
With a will all this can be true

Thoughts still run through my head
I can't seem to forget what was said
It is over but I swore
I wouldn't give up like before

You say you miss how I got you back then
I get you more than you think, even back then
I'm still here, wondering what to do
I want you back, I want you
Songs that I hear make me smile
Places I see make it worthwile

Time can never erase your place
No matter where we are in time and space
I work and work to keep my mind off you
But even then my mind wanders and thinks of you

So much alike we are
I can always feel y ou in my heart
We may never be together again
But till the end you are my best friend............
