Tokenz: 1,228   |  This speed sucks (nvm, see bottom of thread) How would you like to upload a 555MB MPEG video? Well, I just did. 568878206 bytes in 12684 seconds. That is approximately: 568878206 / 12684 - Google Search 44850 bytes per second. Convert to bits (8 bits per byte): 568878206 / 12684 * 8 - Google Search 358801 bits per second. The base measured speed of networks is kilobits per second (kbps) which is a thousand (1000) bits per second (for those who are not instructed in, or who did not pay attention to, the metric scaling system). 568878206 / 12684 * 8 / 1000 - Google Search 359 kbps Wow, not shabby. I was going off of the 44850 *bytes* per second, and resulted in kbps... which is an incorrect conversion.  359 kbps is not bad at all. No, you no see moving pictures with sound!
