Same in Virginia, and ground effects are just illegal, flat out.

Infact, most any lighting in Virginia is illegal. So are a lot of other things haha.

Actually, read on. All cars have Amber lights on them(Park lights, turn signals). Only red and blue are illegal.

umm no they arent illegal in Virginia. the height of your car from the bottom of the bumper to the ground has to be 14". trust me...i know that law. been pulled over for it many times in my old 97 Civic that i had all fixed up.

14 inches? Hahaha. So many cars aren't even 14 inches off the ground when rolled off the showroom floor.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner...but I would've given the same advice to call your local PD.

Here in GA any blue lights on your car are illegal, flashing or not.
