Tokenz: 30,073   |  Does this make sense? So there was a conversation yesterday after dinner with my parents. Somehow my mothers man heard that some guy in Portland (a city an hour from here) decided it was too expensive to run his apartments during the winter so he was going to pretty much kick everyone out during the winter months so he didn't have to pay for the heating costs? On this alone My mothers man thought this was an ingenius idea; he's all up in arms about rising costs... He probably got half the story and the guy probably had code violations but he thinks its ok just to oust somebody because u don't want to pay the heating costs for the winter months... I think he's mad... Am I wrong? What kind of sound minded business man in the apartment business would just boot their tenants unless he was obviously a slum lord?
