Question The One Question IQ test
This is a one question IQ Test to help you decide how you should spend the rest of your day !

There is a mute, who cannot speak, who wants to buy a toothbrush !
He walks into a pharmacy and by imitating the action of brushing one's teeth, he successfully expresses himself to the sales person and the purchase is successfully completed with minimum effort.
