Anyone Here Sick of Reality TV?

I've watched many and most I can't stand- Survivor, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, that Chef show to name a few. Only one has ever attracted me and that was the Great Race. But I've never watched it on a regular basis. This genre is just not my cup of tea I guess. BTW, I'm not expecting you to agree with me.

It... Kinda depends on the show for me... 8D Like, I hate reality dating shows (Tila Tequila's show, for instance), some I'm just indifferent about (American Idol... I don't understand all the hype. The only good part for me is the auditions, and that's mostly because it's hilarious how people act when they get rejected), and some I really like. If Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Project Runway, or So You Think You Can Dance? is on, I'll usually watch. And America's Next Top Model is somewhat of a guilty pleasure for me... 8D

Oh, and I watched Survivor for a season or two, then got bored with it.

My mom and sister watch just about any reality show they can find. XD

Personally, I can't get enough of Hell's Kitchen. And I'm so freaking excited that a new season of Kitchen Nightmares is on it's way. Gordon Ramsey's the shit imo. He's a dick, but he has the right to be.

I do watch American Idol. And So You Think You Can Dance. But that's it. Have no interest in Survivor or that Top Model crock o' crap.

The original the Real Worls was the best and only reality TV show there has been in my mind.
the rest is just as produced as it, but a lot worse lol

When I first heard of Survivor I was thinking, a bunch of people trying to survive an adverse situation, working as a team, helping each other, whoever did the best. But I was appalled when I realized that the object was to eliminate your competition by stabbing each other in the back. Oh the perversion of a mock survival situation!
