There are always going to be people who have bad experiences no matter where you go. The only thing I don't like is because their only warehouse is in Cali and backorders can take a while. But I have had great experiences with them. Hell I was even out of warranty on my desktop and they are like...hmm no we show you are covered we'll replace that dvd drive hahaha WOOT.

I understand that there will be bad experiences, but CyberPower just seemed to have more. Either that or only the people with bad experiences were talking about them.

The specs for alienware are pretty good, but you only pay for the name. You can get all the parts for half off when buying separetly.

And tbh, I don't even think the cases and style of the alienwares look that good, but thats merely a personal asthetic.
