Well, Ann lost her head (season 2 finale)... pretty good historical series that does take some liberties with recorded history. Henry is a real piece of work. You know it's all about him and his next exciting roll in the hay. My wife advises me that according to history Ann Boleyn was not a nice person, the series shows her scheming, but it looks like they were all scheming, and in this series Ann looks mostly like a victim.

If there is a lesson to be learned from watching a show like this is that maneuvering for power in the court of a king is like being a moth flying near the flame, your likely to be consumed.

Finally got around to watching this, what a huge pile of shite! crap acting, shockingly bad historical inaccuracies and the most unconvincing Henry VIII I've ever seen.
