Whats everybodys opinion on Kanye West? I had the chance to meet him last year in NYC...I have to say i dont think i have ever met somebody before who is so full of themselves..He has to be the most cockiest person...Just cause you make a song about Jesus doesnt mean your Gods gift to the world...His album came out today..Eventhough i dont like him i hope he sells a lot of albums cause 50 cent (who i also dont like) said he will stop putting out CDs if Kanye sells more then him....That would be nice....Or thats just some publicity stunt for Kanye to sell CDs cause in 2 weeks youll hear he just signed with 50 or something...I found these sneakers which somebody made dedicated to Kanyes new album called the Graduation which came out today...Nice sneakers even if they are directed towards Kanye..

During the Katrina tragedy. I thought he acted immature and irresponsibly. Trying to put a racial separation between people in a time of crisis is ignorant, uncalled for and disrespectful to the human race. Kanye Well Ahead Of 50 Cent In First-Day Sales Race

Kanye West looks to top next week's The Billboard 200 chart, according to results that will be posted later today (Sept. 12) on Nielsen SoundScan's new Building Charts feature.

All eyes are on the Sept. 11 album schedule, with anticipated new releases by West, 50 Cent and Kenny Chesney. SoundScan's recently launched Building Charts post unweighted tracking-week sales from eight leading accounts through close of Tuesday each Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET, and sales through Thursday each Friday afternoon.

Billboard has learned that today's SoundScan Building Chart indicates first-day sales of 437,000 for West's "Graduation," 310,000 for 50 Cent's "Curtis" and 107,000 for Chesney's "Just Who I Am: Poets and Pirates." The Building Charts offer an indication of how races shape up each week for SoundScan's final charts, which post projected national sales each Wednesday morning, extrapolated from a panel of merchants that represents more than 90% of the U.S. music market.

But you know 50 Cent isn't going to leave the music industry, unless he and Kanye have each other's people kill them both!

Otherwise, 50 Cent will "go away" for a few years and then the media will hype his "comeback" and "reinvention" in hopes that he'll sell a million CDs the first week of release.
