Repo! The Genetic Opera is in the process of being turned into a feature film. We just finished shooting a 10-minute Repo Trailer in Toronto, Canada, which was directed by Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II & III, as well as the director of the 1st stage version of Repo! in Los Angeles , 2002). The trailer features Michael Rooker (Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, JFK) as Repo Man and Shawnee Smith (Saw, Becker) as Heather Sweet. The trailer is currently being used to stir up interest and financing for Repo The Movie. Please check back periodically for updates.

Sounds like a great movie, but the next bit of info may create a bit of controversy with fans of Bousman.

Ok, it's true. Paris Hilton is in REPO! Before everyone flips out, starts screaming, or slams my inbox with mail - let me tell you something. I have been working on this movie for many years. It has been in my head, my dreams, and my nightmares. I am not dumb enough to cast someone in this movie who isn't absolutly perfect.

Hold your judgments, just for a beat...

This movie is not RENT, or DREAMGIRLS... It's not SAW either...

You think Paris is crazy... You haven't seen anything yet...
