I dont have much farther to go, but its getting hard losing weight now. I think Im at a standstill with it, but I am gonna work alot harder to get it all gone!!

when your body plateus it makes it harder for a couple weeks but once your body gets use to the weight it will start to melt off you again....just don't get discourages this is the point where most diet fail

like mine? i plateaud for about 6 months

don't worry V we can hold each other accountable. Don't forget also to take your measurements, when there is no movement on the scale you will see a difference there if you are doing everything right!

this is the point where your body is making more muscle for itself...if the scale goes up a few pounds don't be discouraged its more than likey muscle weight

lol! Well, Today I got on the scale, and it says I weight 140.4! So, I am down one more pound!! WHOOOT!!

Tomorrow I will take measurement- (as long as I dont get called into work)

I havent been doing much lately.. But I am gonna start again at the gym when I get off work in the morning. I need to lose some more weight and tighten up!
