All these people are lumped into the same group, whether some chic flashed her fun bags in a bar, some guys exposed himself in public while peeing or whether some guy raped multiple children. There is no real good way to tell why they are on the list. I mean come on, WTH should some one be on the sex offender registry for flashing their tits in public? Are they really a threat to society? |
