It was dark, I didn't look at the driveway that well. it angles down slightly towards the street though.

haha NJ and New England is expensive to live. I get it. I hear about it all the time from Hondaswap members. lol

I live in Indiana, our cost of living is 7 points below the national average. This is average for my area.

i know James the thing is i paid 89k for my house 15 years ago and now i can get over 300k what i'm saying is your place could do the same and will go up for sure you can't go wrong with real estate , why pay rent .

i know how to do compound interest. It's not too difficult...learn it in math class silly. I guess it helps that I am currently in a math class and have it fresh in my memory.

A house is always worth the investment,


If there is a feasible way to do it, I would definatly go for it. Just be sure you get the inspections done and everything checks out the way you want it before you sign anything.
